Friday, July 28, 2006 :D

okay. it was such a tiring wk okay! sigh:( had training on mon. den 2.4 on tue. den
training on wed. den had napfa[sp?!] yesterday. and we were suppose to have the inter-
class badminton today aft sch. but den the badminton people didn't turn up la. WTH can!
ask people to come den they themselves didn't come. so irresponsible! tsk tsk. den only the
3 na classes were present. so irritating la. stayed back for nothing! ahhh! i could've come
back home and sleep okay! ahhh. 2.4 was horrible la. my timing was like 16.14! so slow
la. think the track is like 300m la. so torturing can! i'm going to run again! aft running my
back was damn pain la! couldn't stand straight. now still a little pain. took painkillers alrd.
so yeah. i'm so tired la. lazy to type anymore. gtg. tc:) see ya
